• This E-Learning Platform (ELP) is created within the scope of the Erasmus+ Small Scale Partnership Project SafeNet: Navigating the Digital World Together Safely (SAND) (Project Number: 2024-2-LT01-KA210-SCH-000285179).

    SafeNet-ELP is an innovative digital tool designed to empower students aged 10-16 with essential knowledge and skills for safely navigating the online world. Available languages are Lithuanian, German and English. The Platform involves content for age groups 10-12, 13-14 and 15-16 in these three languages. Students will be distributed into courses according to their ages and language they chose when they sign in.


    Content Areas:


    1- Online Safety Fundamentals: Introduces foundational concepts such as creating strong passwords, recognising safe websites, and understanding the importance of personal privacy, using relatable examples and scenarios.
    2- Cyberbullying Awareness and Response: Equips students with the knowledge to identify and combat cyberbullying, including practical strategies for reporting incidents and seeking help.
    3- Social Media Safety: Covers privacy settings, the risks of sharing personal information, and how to maintain a positive online presence, fostering responsible social media use.
    4- Digital Footprint and Reputation Management: Teaches students about the lasting consequences of their online actions and posts, focusing on how to build and protect a positive digital footprint.
    5- Phishing, Scams and Online Threats: Helps students recognise various online scams and phishing attempts through interactive examples and quizzes designed to identify red flags.
    6- Mental Health in the Digital Age: Focuses on the impact of online interactions and screen time on mental health, encouraging discussions about balancing online and offline activities.
    7- Digital Privacy and Data Protection: Introduces important concepts related to personal data protection and cybersecurity, enhancing students’ understanding of how personal information is used online.
